I drew this face early in my facination with Mayan designs. It is most likely based on a depiction of authentic Mayan stone designs and then I added my original twist. Since then I have read about Mayan design and discoverd that the designs have specific meanings; therefore my artistic additions would be annoying to the experts but maybe entertaining to the rest of us!!
